Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Golf Course Server to join our team at the Town of Castle Rock. As a Golf Course Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, prepare beverages, and serve customers in the dining room and patios.
  • Table Service: Bus tables, restock condiments and supplies, and perform general cleaning and sanitizing in the dining room and patios.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health standards are met and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Point of Sale (POS) System: Ring transactions into the POS system and handle guest checks and payments.
  • Training and Development: May assist with training new wait staff and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience: Six-months food and beverage experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Effective oral communication skills for taking orders and serving customers.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to learn the menu items and options.
    • Physical ability to serve food/beverages and bus tables.
    • Basic math skills.
Work Environment
  • Works primarily in a clean, comfortable environment.
Equipment Used
  • This position may require the incumbent to occasionally use personal equipment (e.g. vehicle, cell phone, tools, etc.) in the course of their employment.
