Our Signature Jack Nicklaus golf course weaves seamlessly into the Rocky Mountain landscape, providing members with an unmatched golf experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare desserts and cold menu items for members, including special requests.
  • Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and of high quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitary procedures.
  • Collaborate with the pastry chef to develop new recipes and menus.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to member requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a pastry cook in a commercial kitchen.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Physical Demands

  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying: Position regularly involves lifting food cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Periodic climbing required.
  • Bending of the knees necessary when using the lower oven for cooking.
  • Continuous standing during preparation, service hours, or expediting.
