Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an HVAC Controls Technician responsible for the installation, programming, and servicing of digital control systems. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of control systems and confirm that control sequences align with specifications.
  • Prepare commissioning reports to validate control verification.
  • Maintain documentation for 'as-built' control schematics.
  • Organize and present necessary BAS project sequences to meet commissioning standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, representing the company professionally.
  • Collaborate with electrical and subcontracting teams to guarantee successful project completion.
  • Develop and implement control sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
  • Establish databases, programs, and graphics for both new construction and retrofit initiatives.
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to project specifications.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with BAS/BMS or DDC controls.
  • Proficient in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of BAS systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Distech, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Tridium N4 and AX programming.
  • Knowledge of Distech Controls.
