Visionworks is a leading provider of eye care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We're seeking a charismatic and passionate individual to join our team as an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

The Role

This is a leadership role that requires a strong ability to motivate and support associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting store profitability and achieving sales goals, while ensuring a seamless and personalized patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and redirect associates in exam lane and sales floor
  • Support General Manager in managing incoming traffic and coordinating doctor appointments
  • Coach and motivate associates to perform in their respective roles with excellence
  • Use sound judgment to remove obstacles and find resolution in the patient experience
  • Execute all broad operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
  • 1-5 years of supervisory experience required
  • Licensed OSUPS will have/maintain a State Opticians License
