Job Title: Registration Representative

Job Summary:

As a Registration Representative at Powers Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Under the direction of the Network Manager and/or Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors, ascertaining their needs, and directing them accordingly. You will register patients in accordance with established standards and policies, perform front office duties, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Register patients in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • Perform all front office duties, including check-in functions, verifying patient information, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Previous experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based desktop applications and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
