Job Overview

Opus Steakhouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, including menu development, marketing initiatives, and sales promotions.
  • Train and develop low-level managers and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Improve revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Hire and train employees to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate performance and productivity, making adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze accounting and financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Research and identify growth opportunities, including new markets and revenue streams.
  • Generate reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and high organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of business functions, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Computer literate and proficient in restaurant management software.
  • Proactive nature, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
