  2. Welcome and acknowledge every customer upon entering and leaving the store.

  4. Maintain the retail space to meet glassybaby standards, including cleanliness and inventory management.
  5. Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  6. Assist with inventory management, including processing transfers and displaying products.
  7. Engage customers by sharing the glassybaby story and the impact of their purchases.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to address customer inquiries and improve service.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of glassybaby products and their creation process.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both professional and courteous.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with iOS devices.
Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk frequently throughout the workday.
  • Work in varying weather conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
