Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based research and nursing policies to ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications utilizing the latest advancements in bar-scanning and documentation technologies to ensure the safest delivery of medications to our patients.
- Document patient care using our electronic health record system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, plan-of-care, interventions, and evaluation of rendered care.
- Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care for patients.
- New Jersey Nursing license obtained prior to start date.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Required.
- Degree in Nursing required (AAS, BSN, or MSN).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
- Strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers.
- Exceptional focus on teamwork.
