Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Johnson Memorial Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans for critically ill patients.
- Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
- BLS & ACLS certification required.
- Experience in critical care and/or acute care preferred.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 36-hour schedule with 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend/holiday.
