Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, particularly with complex business applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to addressing challenges.
  • Passion for enhancing user experiences by understanding end-user needs.
  • Expertise in User Interface design and creating effective system solutions.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to achieving goals beyond expectations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of technical issues, particularly in database applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree along with five years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Certification as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner or IIBA Business Analyst is preferred, or a willingness to pursue such certification.
  • Experience in the higher education sector is advantageous.
