Clinical Nurse Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Acute Care Internal Medicine unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading our team in implementing evidence-based practices.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical conditions
- Developing and implementing evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes
- Leading our team in identifying and addressing gaps in patient care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Texas or eligibility for licensure by examination or endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care settings
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred
