Job Summary

We are seeking an Integrative BCBA who can blend traditional behavior analysis with other therapeutic approaches to address the individual's needs comprehensively. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for promoting inclusivity, fun, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify concerns and their functions.
  • Integrate strategies from other therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or occupational therapy, depending on the individual's needs.
  • Collaborate with professionals from other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Consider broader environmental, social, and emotional factors that impact behavior.
  • Emphasize cultural and individual sensitivity in interventions.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training on ABA techniques and other modalities.
  • Commit to ongoing education in behavior analysis and other therapeutic approaches.
  • Measure outcomes beyond behavioral changes, including emotional well-being and social skills.
