Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to lead our therapy team. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will work closely with our clinical teams, including speech, occupational therapy, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Implement ABA therapy plans and oversee a team of about 7-8 clients
  • Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
