Cardiac Intensive Care Unit RN Position in Wilmington, DE

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a top-ranked hospital in Wilmington, DE.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled ICU RN with experience in cardiac intensive care nursing to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care and make medical decisions based on sound judgment and clinical expertise
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and medical histories
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care
**Requirements:**
- Current RN license in the state of Delaware or eligible to obtain
- At least one year of ICU experience, preferably in cardiac intensive care
- BLS certification and Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
