About the Role

  • Develop strategic relationships with site contacts within your assigned territory to drive business results and lead impactful conversations.
  • Meet with participants virtually and conduct webinars to educate them on the features and benefits of our employer-sponsored Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plans.
  • Work closely with internal business partners to deliver exceptional client value and act as the voice of the customer by relaying important feedback to the appropriate Retirement Services area.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services or retirement planning.
  • The ability to satisfy service level agreements and achieve business results.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds, separate accounts, and retirement planning concepts.
  • FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses are required.

Base Salary Range

$63,125.00 - $89,125.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program, while sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and a bonus plan.
