Support Services Coordinator

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). This part-time position involves working weekend day shifts, with set schedules assigned at hire. The level of support varies by home and client, with some requiring more assistance than others.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional care and support. They must be able to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, other staff, and themselves; Advocate for residents' rights and interests; Assist residents in representing their views and needs; Maintain residents' dignity and privacy; Perform duties safely and efficiently; Use and ensure proper use of safety equipment and procedures;
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years old or older, pass a Health and Welfare Background check, complete provided training classes within 90 days of hire, possess effective communication skills, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and have a valid driver's license and clean driving record if desired.
