- Meet drive home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
- Maximize profit for all assigned tractors and trailers.
- Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost targets.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, planning, and/or customer accounts.
- Associates degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lead others and possess exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
