Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $19.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews assigned flights with the onboard service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • May inspect the flight setup in the unit for accuracy.
  • Handles communication, maintains logs, addresses issues and delays, and manages necessary documentation.
  • Effectively communicates with onboard service personnel regarding flight details, passenger counts, special meal requests, and crew meals.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience:
  • Up to one year of relevant experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
Communication Skills:
  • Ability to read and write to complete necessary forms.
  • Must communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Adherence to company policies is required.
  • Completion of paperwork and administrative tasks is necessary.
  • This role demands a professional appearance, a friendly demeanor, and the capability to work independently in a bustling airport environment.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional interaction with customers is expected.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
Work Environment:
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels is expected.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and transport items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds regularly during shifts.
  • Regular standing, bending, lifting, and movement during shifts exceeding 8 hours.
  • Capability to work at heights of 25 feet or more, depending on aircraft.
