What We Do
The Escrow Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in driving business growth, maintaining high service levels, and improving closing rates for First American's designated offices. This position requires a strong partnership with ZipRealty, promoting collaboration and visibility among agents. The successful candidate will track and analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the partnership between ZipRealty and First American, maintaining a high level of visibility among agents.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement training programs, meetings, and other initiatives to promote the partnership and drive business growth.
• Expedite transactions, monitoring progress to ensure timely closings.
• Facilitate communication between First American escrow officers and ZipRealty agents, resolving service issues and potential obstacles to closing.
• Meet or exceed closing and on-time closing rates, achieving a minimum of 90% and 75%, respectively.
• Conduct surveys with ZipRealty agents and First American escrow officers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports detailing performance metrics, including closing rates, on-time closing rates, and agent satisfaction scores.
