About the Role:As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the patient care delivered to a designated population. You will oversee the 24-hour operation of the patient care department, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Your leadership skills will be essential in developing programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to meet the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Manage the patient care department, including budget preparation and fiscal management
- Collaborate with department directors to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Role model proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an acute hospital environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related specialty unit
