Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and screen patients in short-term and long-term rehab settings, as well as provide opportunities for outpatient treatment.
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients in short and long-term settings.
  • Administer a wide range of interventions based on individual patient needs, assess progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
  • Collaborate with the OneClinical Team to discuss patient progress and barriers.
  • Develop comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
Requirements:

A licensed Physical Therapist with experience levels ranging from entry-level to senior positions. This role is open to all PTs, regardless of their background or expertise.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
