Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
On-call: Approximately 7 days per month
Immigration Expenses: J1/H1B Visa Waiver - Clinic will cover up to the first $10,000 of expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, and manage patient care.
2) Supervise and guide family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other mid-level healthcare providers.
3) Oversee the performance and activities of nursing and support staff.
4) Review laboratory results, x-ray findings, and other diagnostic tests.
5) Ensure accurate documentation and completion of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and maintain case histories in compliance with corporate policies.
6) Engage in consumer education and provide in-service training for support personnel.
7) Fulfill all contractual obligations.
8) Maintain quality of care through participation in quality measures and peer review processes.
9) Perform additional physician duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1) Must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
2) Completion of an approved internship is required.
3) Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine is necessary.
4) Current CPR certification is mandatory.
