We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Heart Coordinator to join our team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a key member of our Heart and Vascular Institute, you will play a critical role in coordinating the daily operational activities required for the effective functioning of our Structural Heart Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning, direction, and operation of the administrative and clinical aspects of the patient coordination component for the Structural Heart program.
  • Manage and coordinate resources for the delivery of care to patients and their families, prioritizing the patient experience and offering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with physicians and mid-levels to provide direct care and oversee care coordination for patients in the Structural Heart Program.
  • Develop, implement, and track relevant quality outcome and patient satisfaction measures.
  • Ensure compliance and achievement of Hospital-wide Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and standards of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - BSN required, MSN preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
  • Background in cardiac preferred and strong skills in coordination, facilitation, patient communication, and physician relationships.
