The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with the team to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform impact analyses for planning hardware and/or software upgrades, including upgrades to the development stack and applications in development or post-production support states.
  • Understand upstream and downstream dependencies and identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain architectural diagrams and presentations for communication with various levels of management and staff.
  • Lead and deliver change in a productive way, ensuring minimal disruption to the team.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile software development.
  • Experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor team members.
  • Experience with automated build tools, continuous integration environments, and application development and support of IIS/ASP.Net/MVC/DB2/Oracle Server Based Systems using Visual Studio.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting final production migrations, data flow and structure modeling, and SQL client tools.
  • Design patterns and code refactoring, user interface and subsystem design, and experience with Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, SQL, Team Foundation Server, TypeScript, Web Services, and XML.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and experience with stress testing and testing tools.
