Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Store Operations Management Trainee program at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Store Operations Management Trainee, you will participate in a 1-2 year accelerated training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to effectively manage store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to manage store operations, including leading and developing people, team building, product merchandising, driving sales, and managing profit.
- Work closely with Department Managers and trainers to monitor progress, set goals, and receive performance feedback.
- Participate in seminars, weekly and monthly meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of supervisory or related work experience, or recent college graduate.
