The Regional Sales and Marketing Leader is responsible for driving business growth in the post-acute care market. This individual will oversee sales and marketing efforts, develop strategies to promote census growth, and manage a team of sales staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales staff, including hospital and clinical liaisons, admission directors, and director of public relations
- Build relationships with industry influencers and key community partners
- Prospect for new business opportunities and secure access to high-level hospital, ACO, physician, and C-suite relationships
**Qualifications and Experience**
- 3-5 years of healthcare-related management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand hospital DRG and network/ACO development
- Sales experience
- Team building and excellent leadership skills
- Multi-site management experience required
