**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need of hospice services. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

**Responsibilities**

As a Personal Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks, as needed
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, including housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent experience
  • At least six months of experience in hospice care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
