Unit Manager/Director - RN Job Description

At Bridgeville Rehab in Bridgeville, PA, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RN Unit Manager/Director to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for an assigned nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
