  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
    • Analyze workforce trends to guide hiring strategies that align with short- and long-term organizational goals.
    • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employee Engagement, Wellness & Retention:
    • Employee Wellness:
    • Design and execute a comprehensive employee wellness strategy, encompassing physical, mental, and financial well-being.
    • Partner with external wellness vendors to deliver impactful programs, such as fitness challenges, mental health workshops, and financial planning sessions.
    • Develop and maintain a wellness calendar, ensuring year-round engagement with employees through programs, events, and resources.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing support for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
    • Promote a positive workplace environment by coaching managers and employees on effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA, as well as government contracting requirements.
    • Lead compliance-related reporting, such as ACA reporting and Affirmative Action Plans, to ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity standards.
    • Monitor changes in labor laws and implement updates to policies and procedures as needed.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and communication, with a focus on ensuring competitive offerings.
    • Provide education and support to employees on benefits options, ensuring they maximize available resources.
  • Payroll & HR Systems Management:
    • Oversee payroll processing using systems such as eFAACT (timesheets) and GovConPay (payroll), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Serve as the HRIS administrator, leading system integrations and ensuring smooth operations of all HR technologies.
