Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform standard preservation tasks, including:

  • Debris removal
  • Lock changes
  • Initial cleaning services
  • Boarding up properties
  • Preparing properties for conveyance
  • Conducting general and minor repairs
  • Providing estimates for repairs and replacements
Maintain reliable transportationDemonstrate attention to detail in reporting, including documentation with photos and bidsAdhere to client deadlinesUtilize personal equipment and maintain an inventory of necessary materials, including HUD locks

Compensation: Payment is based on submitted bids and follows an allowable list.
