About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for every client and their furry companions.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, quality care to patients and clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Process invoices and payments, answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary medical history from clients.
- Communication: Communicate with doctors and technical staff on patient arrivals and necessary treatments, as well as fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
