Organizational Change Leader

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be available to work on-site in Juno Beach, FL;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management within a relevant industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance);
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience;
- Proven track record in developing and executing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training;
- Possession of professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent;
- Familiarity with tools and platforms that facilitate change management, including project management software and communication tools;
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs tailored to support organizational changes;
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Master's degree.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies;
- Analyze the impact of organizational changes on processes, systems, and personnel, and devise strategies to mitigate associated risks;
- Create comprehensive communication and training plans to ensure smooth transitions and keep all stakeholders informed and prepared;
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to secure their engagement and support throughout the change process;
- Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives, assess their effectiveness, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes;
- Guide and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing leadership and support for the successful execution of change strategies;
- Ensure alignment of all change management activities with organizational objectives and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
