Job Summary:

Crossroads Turning Points is seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Clinician I to IV to join our team in Pueblo, CO. As a key member of our adolescent treatment program, you will provide counseling services to individuals using a combination of therapeutic and recreational interventions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and gather necessary information to determine the appropriate level of care.
  • Lead groups, family, and individual counseling sessions, and potentially administer assessments to evaluate clients' needs.
  • Complete documentation promptly according to CTP clinical procedures.
  • Regularly report clients' progress to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate and refer patients to supportive services in the community to supplement treatment and counseling.
  • Travel to outlying sites to provide training and treatment to patients.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or BA with a CAS degree in sociology or related field. Must be able to obtain CAS certification within 18 months after the hire date.
  • Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. A Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) and a professional license are preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in the mental health field. Previous substance treatment experience and expertise with trauma preferred.
