Job Summary

Pyramid Healthcare, a national leader in behavioral healthcare, is seeking a skilled Evening IOP Therapist to join our team at our Harrisburg outpatient treatment center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, client-centered care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions and family support services
  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate client records and communicate effectively with colleagues and referral sources
  • Participate in training, staff meetings, and supervision as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field, with a focus on addiction counseling or a related field
  • Working towards a Master's degree or licensure as a CADC/CAADC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
