Position Overview:
The primary role of an Electronic Assembly Technician is to assist in the manufacturing processes while utilizing automated testing equipment for calibration and verification tasks across various product lines. This position involves maintaining and adjusting test units as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify material or replacement requirements and develop a systematic approach for repairs.
- Take appropriate actions to address identified needs and execute repairs effectively.
- Adhere to all established Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to electronic and electrical devices.
- Conduct rework on assemblies or systems based on testing outcomes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports that summarize findings and propose solutions to technical challenges.
- Meet daily and weekly operational targets.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant equipment, policies, and procedures to enhance local, state, or national security operations.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
