Assembly Technician

Job Title: Assembly
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling complex metallic or composite parts in a military or aerospace industry setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Military or aerospace industry experience with complex metallic or composite assemblies.
- Must follow work instruction and be accountable for work performed.
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
- Good eye-hand coordination.
- Basic inspection gauges.
- Use common hand and power tools.
- Understand and use simple drawings & sketches.
- Able to fit check and assemble detail parts.
- Able to identify and properly install fasteners and sealants.
- Perform any other incidental duties as may be needed.
Work Environment:
The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within the prep area of the processing building. Machine Shop environment along with sub assembly.
