Job Overview

This is a hybrid role focused on enhancing training processes within the Global Quality and Regulatory Compliance sector.

Position Summary:
As a Global Quality and Regulatory Compliance Training Expert, you will be an integral part of the Global Quality and Regulatory Compliance Training Chapter. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement training initiatives for Roche Diagnostics employees and affiliates, ensuring alignment with current and future organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the maintenance of training processes and provide support to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage training requests and communications through designated platforms.
  • Create and maintain training matrices in collaboration with Learning Experts.
  • Partner with the Shared Service Center to foster innovative training concepts.
  • Conduct audits and analyze training needs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Collaboration:
You will work closely with Network Leads and Sub Chapter Leads within the Global Quality and Regulatory Compliance Team, as well as relevant stakeholders across Roche Diagnostics and Roche Pharma.

Strategic Contribution:
Your role will be crucial in shaping and executing key components of the Global Quality and Regulatory Compliance Team's long-term strategy, contributing to the overarching vision of Roche Diagnostics.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Management within a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems with a focus on training processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
  • A commitment to cross-functional collaboration and effective problem-solving.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $45.00 per hour.
