Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and analytical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with 5S methodology is advantageous.

Required Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Capability to follow established procedures and propose enhancements.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Closed-toe footwear is mandatory.
