Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blending Supervisor to join our team at AZEK Company Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Blending Team to ensure the successful operation of blending processes and equipment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of Shift Leaders, Operators, and Rail Car Attendants to ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assign work assignments and provide training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control blending processes to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with blending equipment and processes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that blending operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree from a 2-year college or university preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
