Job Title: Veterinary Practice Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee clinic operations, including staff management, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with our medical director to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referring veterinarians, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a veterinary practice manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
