Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support our clients' cases
  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses, ensuring accurate and effective communication
  • Manage motion practice and trial experience, working closely with our team to develop and execute winning strategies
  • Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity, providing clear and concise documentation
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery, ensuring timely and effective communication with opposing counsel

Requirements

Pay Range

The salary range for this position in Denver, CO is: $110,000 to $160,000 annually
