Job Description:

The Home Equity Closing Team Lead will be responsible for training, developing, and guiding the closing team. This role will direct the daily work and production of the closing team, ensuring a high level of quality service to members, accuracy, and timeliness in all loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train, develop, and guide the closing team.
  • Direct the daily work and production of the closing team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan transactions.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in mortgage operations.
  • 3 years of management experience required.
