We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with patient care and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with patient evaluations, treatments, and procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with patient care during visits
- Remove sutures and staples, cast patients, and fit medical devices as needed
- Provide patient education and support
- Perform other duties as assigned, including opening and closing procedures, stocking and cleaning equipment
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Athletic Training from a CAATE-accredited program
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a healthcare facility or athletic training setting
- Maintain BOC certification, Pennsylvania State License, and CPR certification
