Job Summary

Gracepoint is seeking a skilled Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services to children and families in our Children's Emergency Crisis Stabilization program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Services or a related field and a valid Florida Board License in Mental Health Counseling, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop service plans, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions with adults, children, and families in an outpatient, acute care inpatient, or community setting.
  • Accurate and timely documentation of clinical and administrative services in accordance with program guidelines and external standards.
  • Meet productivity requirements for the designated program through efficient workflow management.
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with other internal departments and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Valid Florida Board License in Mental Health Counseling, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Computer proficiency in EMR and MS Office programs.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in mental health a plus.
