Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves preparing engaging exercises and activities for speech sessions, providing counseling and consultations, and creating goals and objectives for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective speech therapy plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their support networks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Proficiency in computer software and documentation systems.
  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA legislation and patient privacy laws.
  • Experience working with sensitive patient information.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
