Patient Care Technician Role

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, measuring and recording vital signs, and setting up hemodialysis machines.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must have a genuine passion for caring for people and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or a state-approved certification.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification is also required.
