Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Veteran Care Specialist to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to our veterans. Your expertise and compassion will play a crucial role in shaping our clinical practices and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:- Provide mental health services to our veterans, including medication management and therapy
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our veterans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- Residency: Must have completed residency in an accredited core specialty
- Competitive salary range: $280,000-$290,000 per year
- Paid time off: 50-55 days per year

- Continuing education: up to $1,000 or more annually for full-time board-certified physicians
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program: VA employees are eligible
- Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) Eligible: A student loan repayment program
- Malpractice: free liability protection with tail coverage provided
- Service without strings: no employment contracts, noncompete clauses, restrictive covenants, or other significant restrictions on outside work
