Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Advancement role at Northeast Georgia Health System is an exciting opportunity for individuals to take their nursing career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Conduct vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • 1+ year of experience as an LPN
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
