Certified Nursing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care under the guidance of our registered nurses and according to individualized care plans.
- Assist patients with self-administered medications, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Monitor and report vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to our healthcare team.
- Support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and skin care.
- Assist with feeding patients, promoting healthy nutrition and hydration.
- Provide mobility assistance, exercises, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Document patient interactions, care rendered, and any changes in their condition to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Practice infection control principles to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide program within the last 24 months.
- Meet applicable state certification requirements.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Good standing on the HHA Registry (if applicable) and completion of HHA/CNA course to work for a Medicare-certified agency.
- At least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or home health/hospice agency within the last 24 months.
