Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including store policies, promotions, and product features.
  • Store Recovery: Participate in store recovery efforts, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
